– I own the images or hold the rights to submit them, including all necessary copyrights.
– I grant Rebellious Ink Magazine a one-time, non-exclusive, free-of-charge right to publish the photos in print, on the website, and on social media.
– I agree to indemnify Rebellious Ink Magazine against any claims related to the use of these photographs.
– I give permission for minor retouching on selected images to prepare them for print.
– I understand that once submitted, my entry and consent cannot be withdrawn.
